THE FOLCH I TORRES FOUNDATION |
The Folch i Torres Foundation is a private non-profit institution, located in the Castell de Plegamans, a medieval castle many times rebuilt, in the village of Palau-solità i Plegamans (Barcelona, Spain). It is devoted to the work and lives of five brothers, all significant personalities in the history of Catalan literature, art and pedagogy. Founded in 1992, the Folch i Torres Foundation opened its doors in October 1995. Its main goal is to assemble and preserve the work and personal documents of the five Folch i Torres brothers, and to make it available to general visitors as well as to specialized students. |
